Your spot for the Weekend Retreat at the Coosawattee River includes:
- space in the Lakeland Cabins** from 4 p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Sunday
- linens, bath towels, paper goods are included; emergency supplies of toiletries available
- women will share a king or queen bed or have their own pull-out bed or bunk in a women's cabin*
- men will have their own queen bed, pull-out bed, bunk, or futon in a men's cabin*
- Friday and Saturday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, plus snacks and Pizza Night, and Sunday breakfast
- you will only be asked to clean up after yourself, of course - please take a break for yourself to replenish, rededicate, and reenergize
- workshop/seminars and discussions - four to six available Saturday, during two time periods - more details to come - refer to the "speakers" category on the menu
- Saturday and Sunday morning devotions and praise music
- canoeing, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, all in the "back yard"
- group guided hiking available on Saturday afternoon
- Friday and Saturday evening Game Nights and other fellowship activities offered
- Friday and Saturday evening bonfires in good weather
- all events and activities are at your option - you may certainly take time alone, and we will try to allow space for that, but this is not the retreat for you if you are looking for extensive quiet time
* Note on placement in cabins: It is possible, depending upon registration, that one cabin may have two levels of women and one separate cabin level of men. When registering, you will be able to specify whether you would prefer not to be placed in this cabin.
** Note on placement in a cabin close to the main cabins: It is possible, depending upon registration, that some who register later (in October) may be placed at a fourth cabin within 1/4 mile of the Lakeland Cabins, in another similar cabin on the river.
